Why A1Firewall exists
FortiGate, Palo Alto, Check Point are great products - but they were designed for English-speaking enterprises with large procurement budgets. In the Arab world, a small business owner setting up a 50-user network often gets handed a portal in English, a license in dollars, and a vendor that responds slowly to regional issues.
We started A1Firewall because we believe the MENA market deserves a top-tier security platform that speaks Arabic natively, that's priced fairly, and that an admin in Riyadh, Cairo, or Dubai can support without a flight ticket.
We didn't compromise on the security side to get there. The platform you see today ships 57 integrated services - covering everything from Multi-WAN aggregation and Zero-Trust Network Access to Breach & Attack Simulation and DFIR forensics. Anything FortiGate or Palo Alto offers, we ship - plus things they don't (like an Arabic AI assistant that actually understands "اقفل YouTube من 8 الصبح لـ 3 العصر").
How we think about the product
One platform, not a suite
Suites are 8 products bolted together with single-sign-on. We built A1Firewall as one codebase with one data model - so an alert from EDR can directly trigger a SOAR playbook that updates a NAT rule.
Local-first, cloud-optional
Your firewall runs on your hardware, in your facility. The cloud portal is for MSPs managing multiple sites - never a dependency. Air-gapped deployments are first-class.
Honest about AI
Our Arabic AI Assistant uses an LLM when one is configured, and falls back to deterministic rules when it isn't. We don't hide costs or surprise you with model fees.
Compliance built-in, not bolted on
NCA-ECC, SAMA, PDPL, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR - Compliance Evidence service auto-collects evidence by querying live config across the platform. Auditor walks in, evidence walks out as a signed PDF.

What we won't do
We will not sell your data. We will not surprise-renew you at 200% the next year. We will not lock you into a proprietary config format that holds your network hostage. The platform exports its full state as YAML - you can leave anytime, with everything you put in.
